Virtual Watch Party

The virtual watch parties go into specific topics throughout the challenge but are generalized in terms of health types and organizational specific needs.

Following each of these weekly virtual watch parties, there will be a live online Q&A session provided by Michael J. Dawkins to clear up any questions you may have in relation to the content provided.

Team Program

A weekly live online interactive workshop to implement the theory of the virtual watch parties into concrete actions. Creating practical, actionable steps and accountability to ensure results. 8 people per workshop, making it personal. 60 min. per week.

Michael J. Dawkins

My name is Michael Dawkins, and I believe that in order to make a positive impact on this world, we need to first make positive changes to the way we approach our personal health. Every person is different and needs their own personalised food plan and exercise routine. This isn’t just an assumption; the latest scientific insights confirm this to be true. And I can speak from personal experience as well.

Some years ago I realized I was not happy with the state of my health, both physically and mentally. I suffered from stress and was recovering from burnout. As a former health and fitness professional.

I knew that simply getting back into shape wouldn’t be enough. I needed a way to guarantee results in the long term. I needed a program that would not only improve my physical health but would build the foundations of a new, healthier lifestyle.

 

By doing research I learned about different health types and the specific physical, nutritional and psycho-social needs of each individual type. When these needs are properly identified and met, a person’s physical and mental health will noticeably improve — something I experienced firsthand.

After noticing real improvements in my personal life, I decided to delve further into the matter and set up a series of programs to help others optimize their health and gain momentum in their lives. And not just that; I believe that by improving our collective physical and mental health we can lay the groundwork for positive change on a global level as well.
